Hub Festival  Frequently Asked Questions – 22 March 2026 

 Do I need a ticket to enter? 

Yes, all attendees need a valid ticket. Heart of England Music Hub - Festival Day Tickets, Sunday, Mar 22, 2026 at 1 pm | Eventbrite – tickets are being provided via Warwickshire Music’s Eventbrite account. Performers and Music Group leaders do not need tickets, there are no additional complimentary tickets for performers.  

Can I get tickets on the door? 

The event is cashless so please buy your tickets in advance to speed access to the venue.  

If I’m unable to attend, can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds if you are unable to attend. 

When do doors open? 

Doors open at 1pm 

Can I leave and come back later? 

Absolutely. Re-entry is allowed throughout the day as long as you’re wearing your festival wristband. 

Is the event indoors? 

Yes, all performances are indoors. No need to bring umbrellas or weather gear. 

Can families and friends attend? 

Yes, audience members are very welcome. There is limited seating in all rooms but the Griffin Stage will have a seated area to watch performances.  

Will there be a bar? 

Yes. A bar will be open for nonperformers who are aged 18 and over. ID may be required. 

Is food available on site? 

Yes, there will be food options available. You’re also welcome to bring your own snacks. 

What should performers bring? 

  • Their instrument and Music (if applicable) 

  • Any accessories they need (Drumsticks, plectrums, reeds, strings, valve oil, laptops, pedal boards etc.) 

  • A water bottle 

Is there somewhere to store coats or cases? 

There will be designated areas for instrument cases and personal items, but valuables are left at your own risk. 

Is parking available? 

Yes, at the ground or the nearby NCP are the closest pay and display options. 

Can I take photos or videos? 

Photography is usually allowed, but please avoid flash during performances. Some groups may have restrictions, so follow any guidance from staff. 

What time should performers arrive? 

Arrival times will be shared by group leaders. Please arrive early enough to tune, warm up, and get settled, and find the stage you are playing on, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before set times. 

What is the running order?

Is the venue accessible? 

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific access needs, please contact the organisers in advance.
